Obama is "Sort of God": Newsweek's Evan Thomas

The media's Slobbering Love Affair with Obama continues unabated. We thought nothing could top Chris Matthews's tingley thrill up his leg, but now adulation has been replaced by adoration. Newsweek Editor at Large Evan Thomas has declared Obama is "sort of God".



Contrast that with Thomas responding to a question on whether the media's unfair to Bush on the TV talk show Inside Washington "Well, our job is to bash the president, that's what we do." (February 2, 2007)
